When one of Virginia’s newest golf course communities on the Chesapeake Bay/Tides Inn area went looking for an ad firm to promote the King Carter Golf Course, they turned to Advanté for a marketing campaign consisting of logo and brand development, local and national ads, website development, and trade show and support marketing materials.

    Langley Full-Scale Tunnel Marketing

    When Langley Full-Scale Tunnel (LFST), the United States’ largest commercially-operated wind tunnel, was looking to market its services, it turned to Advanté to launch its campaign. Advanté Advertising promoted Langley’s services, namely testing the aerodynamic characteristics of products ranging from submarines, trucks, and toolsheds to NASCAR Winston Cup, Busch and NASCAR Craftsman truck series race vehicles, with the target audience of product engineers, product designers, and NASCAR race team engineers. Advanté developed logo/brands, marketing materials, trade show graphics, and booth designs.

    When one of the nation's most historic train stations was ready for its grand reopening in 2003 after major renovations, Advanté was hired to develop the logo, create and produce commemorative station brochures and posters, and handle the historic grand reopening events and ceremonies attended by government officials and dignitaries from around the state. The reopening marked the return of passenger train service back to downtown Richmond.

    We have all seen the ads about building biceps, the AbBuster, and Bowflex®. Well, flexibility has been heralded as the next fitness cycle. Advanté was hired by ProFlex™ to launch their club-grade sports/athletic ProFlex™ Stretching Machine, specifically targeting golf athletes of the world. The campaign included infomercial launch research, logo and branding, marketing initiatives, website development, national advertisements, and national trade show marketing. The product is endorsed by several well-known athletes, such as Tom Kite and Butch Harmon, Tiger Woods’ swing coach.
